the atmosphere at the hostel was warm and welcoming, making me feel like I was staying at a friend's apartment. the common room and kitchen were great spaces to relax and connect with other guests. the beds were comfortable and the hostel was well-maintained. the owner, Igor, was a fantastic host and made me feel right at home. He was friendly, helpful, and full of interesting stories. I also appreciated the security provided by Dante, Igor's trusty dog. my stay at this hostel was enjoyable and I can't wait to come back. Great location near tourist attractions and close to Stari Grad. Comfortable living room and great kitchen with free tea and coffee. The staff was very nice and helpful, speaking perfect English. Free wifi and everyone has a set of keys to get in. Good for short as well as long term stays.
Some guests didn't respect quiet hours and the street noise was easily heard at night. The hostel was a bit cramped and messy with things everywhere.

Located in the heart of the city, this hostel is close to tourist attractions and the old town. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with helpful owners who make you feel at home. The inclusive community atmosphere is enhanced by the friendly backpacker vibe, where travelers share stories and experiences. The equipped kitchen allows for convenient cooking, and the owner provides helpful recommendations for sightseeing. The welcoming rakia and the adorable mascot/guard dog, Dante, add extra charm to the stay.
The main street location can result in high traffic noise, which may disturb light sleepers.

I stayed in a single room without air conditioning and shared bathroom. The room was cozy and clean, and the shared bathroom was well-maintained. The hostel is right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore. The owners of the hostel were friendly and available 24/7 to assist with any queries. The hostel has a kitchen for guest use and a lovely outside terrace. Despite the street noise, I was able to sleep peacefully at night.
